sketch dump 06-20-2006

Day 8 of 8

I can't believe it. I actually made it through 8 days. Small goals, baby steps, the path to success. Someone buy me an icecreams.

oh, and Andy's t-shirt is being printed at Threadless! Go buy one for the whole family.

These are great, I dig seeing other peoples sketchbook pages. It shows me that my own don't have to always be works of art and to just have fun with drawing. I have always been a timid artist. Just making scratches with the pencile instead of broad sure strokes. Your sketches have been inspiring

hey,
your little boyfriend jim said new jersey is the "armpit of the world." then, he asked me for a job!!!??? i love new jersey and hate gratuitous jersey bashing.

got a note from human resources about our intern programs and apparently we're not doing it for second half of year - so "no go" for jersey hating jim.

oh and checked your website. i love how direct and easy to navigate it is. figure drawings are swell. still smacks of mcmullan in the aesthetic (is that fair to say?) but the drawing is unique and a joy to behold.

this crazy cartoony kid stuff you're doing here is pretty great too. makes me question my path in life.

sigh.
